2. Mục tiêu

Thông qua nội dung trong chương trình hoạt động ngoại khóa cho học sinh Tiểu học, Trung học cơ sở, để hình thành những cơ sở, hiểu biết ban đầu về quốc phòng - an ninh, lực lượng vũ trang nhân dân, truyền thống chống giặc ngoại xâm của dân tộc; ý thức kỷ luật, tinh thần đoàn kết, yêu Tổ quốc Việt Nam xã hội chủ nghĩa cho học sinh.

3. Tính mới và sáng tạo

• Nghiên cứu xây dựng mô hình tổ chức hoạt động ngoại khóa cho học sinh các trường tiểu học, trung học cơ sở, nhằm lồng ghép giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh tại Trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh.
• Xây dựng nội dung chương trình hoạt động ngoại khóa lồng ghép giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh cho học sinh các trường tiểu học, trung học cơ sở.

4. Kết quả nghiên cứu

• Đề tài đã tổng quan các công trình nghiên cứu tiêu biểu ở trong và ngoài nước về hoạt động ngoại khóa nói chung và tổ chức hoạt động ngoại khóa lồng ghép giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh cho học sinh.
• Tiến hành khảo sát, đánh giá thực trạng về việc tổ chức hoạt động ngoại khóa nhằm lồng ghép giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh cho học sinh tại các nhà trường, cũng như mức độ phù hợp, các điều kiện đảm bảo tại Trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh Đại học Thái Nguyên.
• Đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm tổ chức chương trình hoạt động ngoại khóa cho học sinh tại Trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh Đại học Thái Nguyên.
• Xây dựng nội dung chương trình hoạt động ngoại khóa từ lớp 1 đến lớp 9 nhằm lồng ghép giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh cho học sinh và Quy trình phối hợp tổ chức hoạt động ngoại khóa cho học sinh, giữa Nhà trường với Trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh Đại học Thái Nguyên.
• Để đánh giá tính khả thi và khoa học của các giải pháp đã đề xuất, chúng tôi đã xây dựng Đề án “Tổ chức chương trình hoạt động ngoại khóa cho học sinh Tiểu học, Trung học cơ sở tại Trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh Đại học Thái Nguyên” và tiến hành thử nghiệm, đánh giá hiệu quả của đề án qua 2 đợt với tổng số 516 học sinh. Kết quả thử nghiệm của đề tài đã phản ánh đầy đủ tính sát thực và hiệu quả cao của các giải pháp tổ chức hoạt động ngoại khóa cho học sinh.

5.2. Sản phẩm ứng dụng:

1. Quy trình phối hợp tổ chức hoạt động ngoại khóa cho học sinh giữa Trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh Đại học Thái Nguyên với các trường Tiểu học, Trung học cơ sở.

6. Phương thức chuyển giao, địa chỉ ứng dụng, tác động và lợi ích mang lại của kết quả nghiên cứu

• Bàn giao các kết quả nghiên cứu, sản phẩm của đề tài cho Trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh Đại học Thái Nguyên; tổ chức tập huấn về cách thức triển khai Đề án chương trình hoạt động ngoại khóa cho học sinh Tiểu học, Trung học cơ sở cho cán bộ giảng viên của Trung tâm.
• Các kết quả nghiên cứu và sản phẩm của đề tài được ứng dụng tại Trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh Đại học Thái Nguyên và hệ thống các Trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh thuộc Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo.
• Chương trình hoạt động ngoại khóa cho học sinh Tiểu học, Trung học cơ sở tại Trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh Đại học Thái Nguyên sẽ rèn luyện khả năng giao tiếp, bổ sung thêm kỹ năng sống, rèn tính kỷ luật, sự tự tin, thông cảm cũng như tinh thần tập thể của lứa tuổi học sinh.
• Đề án chương trình hoạt động ngoại khóa cho học sinh Tiểu học, Trung học cơ sở khi được triển khai thực hiện, sẽ góp phần nâng cao thu nhập, đảm bảo phúc lợi cho cán bộ, viên chức và bổ sung quỹ phúc lợi, tăng cường cơ sở vật chất, nâng cao vị thế của Trung tâm giáo dục quốc phòng và an ninh Đại học Thái Nguyên.

INFORMATION OF RESEARCH RESULTS

1. General information

2. Objectives

Through the content of extracurricular activities program for elementary and junior high school students, to form the basis, initial understanding of national defense - security, people's armed forces, traditions against  foreign invaders of the nation;  sense of discipline, solidarity and love for the Socialist Republic of Vietnam for students.

3. Novelty and creativity

• Research and develop an extracurricular activity organization model for elementary and junior high school students, aiming at integrating national defense and security education at the Center for National Defense and Security Education.
• Develop content of extracurricular activities program that integrates national defense and security education for elementary and junior high school students.

4. Research results

• The project has organized national and international typical researches  about extracurricular activities in general and organizing extracurricular activities that integrate defense and security education for students.
• Surveying and assessment of the status of organizing extracurricular activities to integrate defense and security education for students in schools, as well as  relevance, guarantee conditions at the Center for National Defense and Security Education.
• The author proposes a number of solutions to organize extracurricular activities for students National Defense and Security Training Center of Thai Nguyen University.
• Creating the content of extracurricular activities program from grade 1 to grade 9 to integrate defense and security education for students and the process of extracurricular activities for students to coordinate between the school and the Center  National Defense and Security Education Thai Nguyen University.
• To evaluate the feasibility and science of the proposed solutions, we have built the Project "Organizing extracurricular activities for elementary and junior high school students at the National Defense and Security Training Center of Thai Nguyen University" and tested and assessed the effectiveness of the 2-phase project with a total of 516 students.  The test results of the project reflect the realism and high efficiency of the solutions for organizing extracurricular activities for students fully.

1. Process organization of coordinating extracurricular activities for students between Thai Nguyen University's National Defense and Security Education Center with Primary and Secondary Schools.

6. Method of transfer, application address, impact and benefits of the research results

• Handing over research results and products to the Center for Thai Nguyen University's National Defense and Security Education; organize training on how to implement the Scheme of extracurricular activities program for Primary and Secondary students for lecturers of the Center.
• The research results and products of the project are applied at National Defense and Security Education Center of Thai Nguyen University and the National Defense and Security Education Center system under the Ministry of Education and Training.
• Extracurricular activities program for elementary and junior high school students at the Center for Defense and Security Education of Thai Nguyen University will practice communication skills, supplement life skills,  discipline, confidence, empathy as well as the collective spirit of the student age.  
• The program of extracurricular activities program for primary and junior high school students, when implemented, will contribute to raising incomes, ensuring welfare for officials and employees and supplementing welfare fund  , strengthening facilities and empowering Thai Nguyen University's National Defense and Security Education Center.
