Khoa Đào tạo Sau đại học Trường Đại học Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp đang thực hiện đào tạo 4 chuyên ngành đào tạo thạc sĩ và 2 chuyên ngành đào tạo tiến sĩ:

       - Các chuyên ngành đào tạo thạc sĩ:

         + Công nghệ chế tạo máy.

         + Cơ học kỹ thuật.

         + Tự động hoá.

         + Thiết bị mạng và nhà máy điện.

      - Các chuyên ngành đào tạo tiến sĩ:

         + Công nghệ chế tạo máy.

         + Tự động hoá.

      Ngoài ra Khoa Đào tạo Sau đại học còn có nhiệm vụ cùng với các Khoa chuyên môn đào tạo các chứng chỉ sau đại học, chuyên đề để  bổ xung, hoàn thiện và nâng cao các kiến thức sau đại học
